Introduction to Meditation
Join us Mondays 5:45-6:30 pm CT to learn and practice meditation. We will meet weekly for 4 weeks (September 12, 19, 26 and October 3rd) to learn about the importance of our heart, body and mind to create a daily meditation practice. These are some of the topics we will work on: (a) Working with my body: posture and tension. (b) Working with my mind: breathing and concentration. (c) Creating the habit of meditating. (d) Incorporating meditation into our busy daily lives.
