Join us Tuesdays at noon\u00a0 (12-12:30 pm ET) to learn and practice meditation.\u00a0 We will meet weekly for 4 weeks (September 13, 20, 27 and October 4th) to learn about the importance of our heart, body and mind to create a daily meditation practice.\u00a0 These are some of the topics we will work on: (a) Working with my body: posture and tension.
