Introduction to Meditation
Join us Tuesdays 8-8:30 pm ET to learn and practice meditation. We will meet weekly for 4 weeks to learn about the importance of our heart, body and mind to create a daily meditation practice. These are some of the topics we will work on: (a) Working with my body: posture and tension. (b) Working with my mind: breathing and concentration. (c) Creating the habit of meditating. (d) Incorporating meditation into our busy daily lives.
