Meditation for Daily Living – Introduction
Join us Wednesdays 7-7:30 pm (ET) to learn and practice meditation. Learn about the importance of our body and mind to create a daily meditation practice and habit. These are some of the topics we will work on (a) Working with my body: postures and tension. (b) Working with my mind: breathing and concentration. (c) Creating the habit of meditating. (d) Incorporating meditation into our busy daily lives.
